OUR MISSION
Unified Housing Action Strategy
The 1321 North Cameron Street Veterans Foundation is deeply committed to addressing the critical housing crisis in Pennsylvania by directly aligning our strategic development with the Pennsylvania Housing Action Plan. By focusing on the adaptive reuse of urban infrastructure, we are creating a sustainable model for affordable veteran housing that not only provides immediate shelter but also fosters long-term socio-economic stability. Our collaborative approach integrates essential supportive services, ensuring that our residents have access to the healthcare, workforce training, and financial resources needed to transition into high-quality, permanent housing within their local communities.
AFFORDABLE VETERAN HOUSING
We are developing safe, stable, and affordable housing that helps veterans achieve long-term housing security and independence. By transforming 1321 North Cameron Street, we are creating a place where veterans can rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES & OPPORTUNITY
Housing is only the beginning. We connect veterans with supportive services, workforce development, educational opportunities, financial empowerment resources, healthcare access, and community partnerships that promote self-sufficiency and long-term success.

COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION
We are committed to strengthening the Harrisburg community through responsible redevelopment, economic opportunity, neighborhood investment, and community-centered spaces that create lasting value for residents, businesses, and future generations.
Alignment with the PA Housing Action Plan
Our project directly supports the PA Housing Action Plan by transforming urban property into high-quality, permanent, and affordable homes for veterans while integrating workforce and health services.
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
We collaborate with nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies, and community stakeholders to connect veterans with the resources and opportunities needed to achieve long-term stability and success.
